Matteo is a senior BD manager with more than fifteen years of experience across a broad range of functions within the renewable energy industry. Specifically, he has gained extensive experience on projects related to rooftop and ground mounted photovoltaic (brownfield and greenfield), wind, hydro, biomass cogeneration, biomass heating, hybrid and distributed generation technologies and applications. Matteo is also a certified energy auditor UNI CEI 11339.

For the past five years he has been export sales director at ESPE Srl, a manufacturer of wind turbines, hydro turbines and biomass related technologies, as well as EPC of solar photovoltaic, after several years serving as managing director of various companies active in the field of solar EPC, energy efficiency consultancy and services to medium-large industries and PV plant operation and maintenance (O&M). Matteo holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of California at Berkeley and a law degree from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
