Will Pearson advises Camco's deal team on investment-related policy and regulatory issues and helps devise country and sector strategies for new investments. He also contributes to Camco's business development and fund conceptualisation and formulation activities.

Camco Clean Energy is a fund manager focused on renewables and climate solutions in emerging markets. Since inception in 1989, Camco has provided creative finance solutions to 180 projects worth US$15bn, and in geographies as diverse as China to Malaysia and the US to Uganda. The company currently manages the Renewable Energy Performance Platform fund, set up to support the growth of sub-Saharan Africa's renewable energy industry with £148m funding from the UK's International Climate Finance through the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

Prior to Camco Clean Energy, Will held positions at Triskel Global, GET FIT Zambia, the International Finance Corporation, and the Eurasia Group. He holds a Master's in international relations from the University of California, San Diego.
