Angus is a Manager in the Policy & Innovation team at the Carbon Trust where he programme manages the Research Programme Delivery Consortium's coordination of DfID's wider Transforming Energy Access (TEA) programme. Prior to this at the Carbon Trust, he ran several strategic Scottish Government renewable energy innovation programmes including the £18m MRCF and the OWA programme where he led the Electrical Systems working group. Angus has a PhD in Renewable Energy supported by a background in electrical engineering and has working experience in a wide range of countries and regions.
