Jennifer Grisham is Manager, Regulatory Compliance in PHI's Regulatory Strategy and Policy Department. She also serves as the Program Manager for microgrids in the Department's Utility of the Future team. PHI is an Exelon Company and the parent company of Potomac Electric Power Company (Pepco), an electric utility serving Washington, D.C. and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and the rest of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey.

Jennifer serves as a Program Manager in PHI's Utility of the Future team. In this present role, Jennifer is responsible for developing and executing the Company's strategy, goals and policies related to microgrids. She has led cross functional teams in the developing the engineering design, rate structure and stakeholder outreach efforts for multiple microgrid projects. Jennifer has also served as the Regulatory Lead for several major utility initiatives and construction projects, developing the requests to obtain approval from PHI's regulatory governing bodies.
