Visa Information

If you need a formal Letter of Invitation from us in order to apply for a visa to attend the conference, please email the following information from your company email address to info@microgridinnovation.com

• First Name
• Place of birth
• Date of birth
• Profession
• Company Where Employed
• Job Title
• Company Street Address
• Company Website
• Passport Number
• Issue date of passport
• Passport valid until (date)
• Nationality

Once we receive this information, we will send the Letter of Invitation to your email address. Please note that you are still responsible for obtaining your travel visa yourself from the appropriate embassy.

Also, we require that registration payment be completed at least one week before the beginning of the conference. Please wait until you have secured your visa before registering to attend the conference. Note that attendees are responsible for covering their own travel and hotel expenses.
